Refund Policy
Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Within 14 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

A Note on Covid-19
While Covid-19 brings uncertainty, we are still pushing forward with Level Up 2022. We feel comfortable with the maximum capacity of 12 and the size of the meeting room, the caliber of the hotel that we will be in a safe environment that will elicit social distancing. Each participant must show proof of negative Covid-19 test and masks will be required.
However, if conditions are unfavorable here is the contingency plan:
- The retreat will be converted to a virtual event.
- All participants will receive a three (3) session individual productivity coaching package in addition to sessions included in the registration package.
- All registration fees will be applied to a Summer Reset Retreat on June 4-5thE
